Compare heartbeat and HTTP health
Partial means FXServer heartbeat and HTTP health signals disagree in txAdmin v8.1.2.
- Capture artifact version, logs and first Partial warning timestamp.
- Check the game HTTP endpoint dynamic.json from the game server host with a short timeout.
- Compare server CPU/RAM, resource changes, HTTP listener health and firewall rules. Do not disable watchdogs blindly.
- On Linux, inspect process/service startup logs and the actual bind address.
