Choose the symptom and follow the shortest useful checklist.
Panel not reachable
Check startup, address, port, firewall, and container mapping.
Admin menu not opening
Check identity links, permissions, and menu configuration.
Recipe deployment failed
Find the first failing download or database task.
Crashes & restart loops
Preserve logs and diagnose the first failure before the restart.
Cannot log in
Check account linking, password login and proxy issues.
Discord allowlist failing
Test bot access, roles and player identity.
Collect evidence first
Write down the artifact and txAdmin version, host operating system, exact error, and the last change before the problem started. Reproduce one failure and keep the relevant logs before changing several settings at once.
Useful distinctions
- A reachable panel does not prove the game server is running or reachable.
- A successful web login does not prove the in-game admin identity is linked.
- A recipe deployed successfully does not prove every resource is configured correctly.
- Automatic recovery does not prove the original crash is fixed.
Keep passwords, tokens, license keys, and private player identifiers out of public reports.
