Advanced commands
Understand txAdmin's advanced command console and avoid high-risk maintenance actions.
The Advanced page exposes txAdmin-specific diagnostic and maintenance commands. It is not a general-purpose terminal and is distinct from the FXServer Live Console.
Discover supported commands
Use the panel's Help control to inspect the commands available in your installed version. The interface offers command input, structured or text output, clear and download controls.
The upstream command registry includes read-only diagnostics such as inspecting resource boot logs and specialized recovery utilities. Availability, argument syntax and required permissions can change between releases.
Safe workflow
- Confirm your account is permitted to run the command.
- Read the built-in description and understand its possible side effects.
- Prefer a read-only diagnostic first.
- Back up configuration before any write or restart operation.
- Run one command and save a redacted record of its result.
Downloaded output can include paths, addresses or private server information. Redact it before posting externally.
Use Resources for normal resource actions, CFG Editor for config edits, and Diagnostics for ordinary runtime evidence. Advanced commands should not become your normal maintenance procedure.
