Diagnostics & support evidence
Inspect txAdmin runtime, host, server and process diagnostics, including reporting limitations.
The Diagnostics page offers operational evidence about the txAdmin process and its host. It does not grant this documentation site access to your server.
What the sections measure
- txAdmin Runtime: versions, uptime, player database counts, monitoring behavior, process memory, logging and operation timings.
- Host: available operating system and CPU information.
- Server: FXServer-related state and configuration.
- Processes: process-tree information to identify which processes consume resources.
Some measurements require time or enough samples. Missing data does not imply a healthy or unhealthy system.
Investigate an incident
- Record the time, timezone, symptom, player count and last relevant change.
- Capture the installed txAdmin and FXServer versions.
- Inspect relevant diagnostics values alongside console and logs.
- Reproduce safely, ideally away from production.
- Share only the minimum redacted information needed by trusted support.
Current limitation: The pinned upstream server handler responds that the diagnostics report feature is temporarily disabled. Do not rely on uploading a report or obtaining a report ID. The read-only diagnostics view can still help you collect evidence.
Privacy
Diagnostics can expose user names, internal paths, addresses, running processes and server configuration. Remove private identifiers, credentials and license keys before sharing screenshots or logs.
