Troubleshooting

Admin menu access

Fix missing identity links or unavailable in-game tools.

1. Check the staff account

In Admin Manager, confirm the staff member has a txAdmin account. The account needs their Discord or Cfx.re identifier linked to it. A password-only web login is not sufficient for in-game authentication.

2. Confirm the game identity

Check that the linked identifier matches the one the player is using on this server. Do not link someone else’s account to make the menu work. Follow the panel’s account/identifier controls and reconnect if needed after an identity change.

3. Check menu configuration

Confirm the in-game menu is enabled in the panel settings. A change to menu availability requires restarting the server. Avoid manually setting ConVars that are controlled by the settings page.

4. Try the commands and keybind

Use /tx or /txadmin. On FiveM, review Game Settings → Key Bindings → FiveM → (txAdmin) Menu: Open Main Page. A keybind can conflict with another resource even when the command works.

5. Check the missing action’s permission

Opening the menu and performing an action are separate checks. For example, teleporting requires players.teleport; spectating requires players.spectate. Review the account permissions rather than granting all_permissions as a blanket workaround.

If it still fails, record the txAdmin version, linked identity type, command used, and any console error. Keep private identifiers out of a public report.
