Troubleshooting
Cannot sign in to txAdmin
Distinguish authentication errors from unreachable ports, account permissions and game-menu identity issues.
First verify that the panel loads. If it does not, follow Panel not reachable. This page covers errors after the sign-in or initial account-linking interface appears.
Identify the failing step

Diagnose without exposing credentials
- Record artifact and txAdmin versions, the authentication method and visible error.
- Check whether the problem began after changing DNS, TLS or a reverse proxy.
- Compare with relevant Admin Logs.
- Ask the owner or an authorized admin to verify identity links and permissions.
- Retry a controlled test; avoid resetting the entire account store.
Never post the setup PIN, password, session cookie, OAuth token or full txData/admins.json in a support thread or Ask AI. Deleting admins.json is not a safe generic recovery step.
