Joining & allowlisting

Understand why access is restricted and how to request it.

Read the rejection message

Save the server name, full message, and any request ID shown. Follow the support or Discord link supplied by that specific server. Each community has its own entry requirements.

Common access requirements

  • Approved license: staff review a request tied to your game license identifier.
  • Discord membership: you must belong to the server’s configured Discord community.
  • Discord role: membership alone may not be enough; you need an allowed role.
  • Admin-only mode: the server may be closed to regular players while staff work on it.
  • External access system: a separate server integration may determine eligibility.

Older interfaces call this a whitelist. Current txAdmin source also uses the term allowlist.

When Discord membership is not detected

Confirm you joined the correct Discord server with the intended account and can see the required role. Follow the community’s instructions for making your Discord identity available to the game. Reconnect after any account or role change.

If it still fails, send the exact message to staff. They can check bot permissions and the identifier seen by the server; this documentation site cannot inspect them.

Never share credentials

A join request should not require your Discord password, Cfx.re password, or server owner credentials. Provide the request ID through the community’s support channel rather than posting full private identifiers publicly.
