Support & appeals
Send a useful report to the server staff who can act on it.
Contact the right team
For a ban, warning, allowlist request, or server rule, use that server’s own support or appeal process. txAdmin is the management tool; the server’s staff made and control the action.
For a suspected txAdmin bug, server owners can use the official repository and official Discord with a reproducible report.
What to include
- The server name and where you found its support link.
- Your in-game name and the approximate time of the issue.
- The exact connection or punishment message, including an action/request ID if shown.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- A relevant screenshot with sensitive information redacted.
Be clear about whether the game cannot connect, the server rejects you, or a resource fails after you join. Those are different problems.
What an appeal can change
An authorized server admin can review and revoke a relevant txAdmin action. The outcome depends on the community’s policy. Installing a resource, changing your displayed name, or deleting a local game cache is not a legitimate unban workflow.
Keep private details private
Send any identifiers requested by staff through a trusted private support channel. Do not publish passwords, tokens, license keys, or someone else’s moderation history.
This site and Ask AI cannot access a server’s records or decide an appeal.
