Administration
Administration
A clear starting point for owners, admins, and moderators.
Set up your team
Create individual accounts in Admin Manager and assign only the permissions each role needs. For in-game access, link the staff member’s Discord or Cfx.re identifier to their txAdmin account.
Permissions
Build staff roles without giving every moderator full control.
In-game menu
Open the menu, bind a key, and understand available actions.
Player management
Use warnings, kicks, bans, notes, and player history.
Allowlisting
Choose who can connect and make rejection instructions helpful.
Ban Templates
Standardize ban reasons and durations.
Action history
Audit moderation decisions and revoke when appropriate.
Before taking an action
Confirm the player, read the history, and use a reason that another staff member can understand. Player actions and console commands can affect a live community. Treat server-wide healing, world-area reset, and restarts as operational actions, not casual menu experiments.
Keep a review trail
Use Admin Logs and Server Logs to review actions. txAdmin’s player database also retains warning, ban, and allowlist actions. Do not assume deleting or rotating a log revokes a punishment.
